Weekdays: Metered street parking is usually available directly outside of the building, and is $1/hour. There is a 2 hour limit befrore you need to refill the meter.
Another option is to park for free all day at the Tacoma Dome station. From there you just hop on the Tacoma link and take a short, 10 minute ride to Courthouse Square (exit at Commerce Street Station and head east down the hill towards Pacific & A Street). The link runs every 12 minutes on weekdays.
