Business Development Lead

Reports to: CRO
Hours: Full-time; 5 days/week
Compensation:
Salary months 1-6 - $75,000 annual equivalent
Month 7 onward - $50,000 annual base + commission and bonuses. Total compensation up to $125,000

Description:
We're looking for a driven, people-oriented team member to launch our outside sales program, build new relationships and drive revenue growth across three key offerings:
- Private office memberships
- Team coworking memberships
- Meeting room rentals (including our new Gold Club program)
This is a new role that will help us tap into outbound opportunities, improve customer retention, and reduce vacancy time on office inventory. You'll be supported with a CRM, lead lists, marketing collateral, and a clearly defined outreach strategy. You'll work closely with our CRO and location teams.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through cold and warm outreach
Re-engage past clients and encourage repeat bookings or upsells
Conduct discovery calls and site tours (with team support as needed)
Work with the CRO on proposals, pricing, and contracts
Track leads and activities in CRM (sales lead management software)
Build relationships with brokers, local businesses, and decision-makers
Serve as account manger to current member companies, gathering feedback and communicating with team to solve issues and encourage retention
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of sales, hospitality, or business development experience, B2B sales experience a plus
High degree of self-motivation and time management
Comfortable pitching in person, over the phone, and via email
Familiar with coworking, commercial real estate, or event sales (preferred) - Based in Seattle with willingness to travel to Tacoma and Ballard regularly
